Terms & Conditions of xbbajee

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the xbbajee platform — including its website, mobile interface, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and xbbajee (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using xbbajee and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. xbbajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; updates will be communicated via the platform or by email to your registered address.

These Terms apply to all users of xbbajee regardless of the device, network, or access method used, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any application made available by xbbajee. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the platform, you affirm your full acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

If a user fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by xbbajee, the platform may suspend the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

In addition to the age requirement, xbbajee does not permit the use of the platform by individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded, employees of xbbajee or its affiliated companies and partners, or any person who has been excluded from using the platform for any reason by xbbajee.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on xbbajee — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on xbbajee. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension. If duplicate accounts are detected, xbbajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. xbbajee shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, xbbajee may require identity verification (commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed appropriate by the platform. You may be asked to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

xbbajee supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted exclusively in BDT.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your xbbajee account balance in real time in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. xbbajee does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xbbajee accepts no responsibility. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xbbajee aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval; processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and account verification status.

Currency and Conversion

All account balances on xbbajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees applied by xbbajee. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your balance, and the amount you withdraw is the amount sent to your payment account, subject to applicable minimums and any outstanding wagering obligations on bonus funds.

Failed and Declined Transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails, please contact xbbajee support at support@xbbajee with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. xbbajee will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. xbbajee is not responsible for delays caused by technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

By using xbbajee, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using a stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
• Impersonating another person or entity when using the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Cheating and Exploitation

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with xbbajee games or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live dealer games.

Money Laundering

xbbajee has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Any deposits made to xbbajee must represent funds derived from legitimate, lawful sources. If xbbajee has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for money laundering, the account will be immediately suspended and reported to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

xbbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Account found to belong to an underage individual.
• Account found to belong to an individual who has previously been excluded from xbbajee.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your xbbajee account at any time by contacting our support team at support@xbbajee. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. xbbajee will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days.

Effect of Closure

Upon the closure of your account — whether voluntary or enforced — your access to xbbajee services will be revoked. Closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date. If your account was closed due to a breach of these Terms, xbbajee reserves the right to retain any funds in the account to offset losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of the breach. xbbajee's decision regarding account closure and the treatment of associated funds is final.

If you have activated a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended for the duration of that period and cannot be reopened until the period has expired and a formal reactivation request has been processed. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and your use of xbbajee are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which xbbajee operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact xbbajee support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. xbbajee will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. xbbajee's decision on all matters relating to the operation of the platform, game outcomes, account management, and bonus awards is final and binding, subject only to the requirements of applicable law.
